In order to accelerate the coronavirus vaccination in the country, the Indian government has regularized vaccination for citizens above 18 years.
The registration of the covid-19 vaccination starts for all citizens above 18 years from 28 April onwards. You are able to register through the Umang app, Arogya Setu, and CoWIN platform.
So far, those who are above the age of 45 years, healthcare and frontline workers were allowed to take a vaccine against Covid-19.
How to register for the Covid-19 vaccine online?
Peoples should apply for the Covid-19 online to get their vaccination. To register for Vaccine, check the steps mentioned below:
Registration through the CoWIN portal
• On the CoWIN portal https://www.cowin.gov.in/home, click on Register/Sign in Yourself
• Enter your mobile number, click on Get OTP.
• You will receive an OTP on your mobile. Enter the OTP and click on Verify.
• A page will appear requiring the details name, gender, year of birth, and photo ID proof. Fill in the details and Click on Register.
• Once you are registered, you will get the option to schedule an appointment.
• Now Click on Schedule.
• Put your pin code and enter to Search. The detail of the centers will appear, select the date and time and click on Confirm.
You can also add up to four members through one login. The process to reschedule your appointment is similar to how you schedule it.
Registration through the Umang App
• Open the Umang App, then search for CoWIN App and open it.
• Select Vaccination Registration, then enter the phone number, then enter OTP
• Click on Verify, you will be directed to the Registration of Vaccination page
• A page will appear requiring the details name, gender, year of birth, and photo ID proof. Fill in the details and Click on Register.
• Once you are registered, you will get the option to schedule an appointment.
• Now Click on Schedule.
• Put your pin code and enter to Search. The detail of the centers will appear, select the date and time and click on Confirm.

• Open the Aarogya Setu App, then click on CoWIN tab.
• Select Vaccination Registration, then enter the phone number, then enter OTP
